We often extend grace to others but struggle to give it to ourselves. God calls us to speak life over our own journey, to walk in confidence, and to replace self-doubt with faith.
If you’ve been battling negative self-talk, these 10 affirmations will help you practice self-kindness, release guilt, and trust God’s plan for your life.
1️⃣ I will no longer engage in self-criticism—I choose self-kindness instead.

2️⃣ I speak to myself the way I would speak to a dear friend—with love, grace, and encouragement.

3️⃣ I am allowed to feel disappointment, but I will not let it consume me.
