When Will My Order Ship?

Our current shipping time is estimated at 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. We utilize USPS with tracking for all shipments.

Has My Order Shipped?

You will receive an email and/or text when your order has been assigned a tracking number.

My order arrived damaged

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately, damage does happen. We ask that you kindly take a photo of the damage and email photo, your name, and order number to within 3 days of receiving and we will be happy to help.

Returns, Exchanges, or Cancelations

Three Sixteen Studio is a handmade US home decor company.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us as we design things with our
very own hands just for you. Please read our return & exchange policy
carefully and shop with confidence.


Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept
cancellations. We might start your product immediately
after receiving it. If you need to make a change to your order,
please contact us ASAP and we will try to make the necessary changes to your
order if we have not started your project yet. Please contact us at Items

changes cannot be made.

Please make sure the personalization written for your order is correct. If you made an error, please contact us within 12 hours to correct it. Once an order has been made, we are unable to correct the engraving.

I received my order and Three Sixteen Studio made a mistake

If you notice any hiccups or discrepancies in your order, please don't hesitate to reach out within 7 business days from when you received your order. We're more than happy to correct any mistakes and put a smile back on your face!

When contacting us, be sure to check the notes you entered for personalization. This will help us understand the original intention and ensure the corrected version matches your initial request flawlessly.

Want to see proof of your item before ordering?

For that extra touch of perfection, simply add your personalized item to the cart and leave a note requesting a proof in the designated note section.

We'll promptly create your proof and email it to you, using the email provided at checkout.

Please make sure to review it and respond within 24 hours to ensure timely processing. We value your satisfaction and appreciate your collaboration in creating the ideal product. Your attention to the proof ensures we can deliver precisely what you envision.

Address or Personalization Error

We understand sometimes a little typo or a slip on the keyboard can happen. No worries, though! If you happen to notice a misspelling or an incorrect piece of information in your order (i.e., address, personalization error, etc.), we kindly ask you to cancel your order and repurchase with the correct details. This way, we can ensure that your order is processed accurately and that your experience is smooth sailing from start to finish.

If your order has already been made there is a small fee to change personalization details. Please reach out via email at for details.

Once an order has been mailed, we are unable to make any changes.

Rush Production

We totally understand sometimes you need something as soon as possible. But here's a little heads-up from our side. To ensure top-notch quality control and fairness for all, we process orders in the order they're received.

But fear not! We've got a solution that'll put you in the express lane. For that extra boost of speed, we offer the "Rush Production" option (1-3 business days production). With this supercharged feature, your order will zoom to the front of the line, propelling your package straight to your doorstep in record time!

We value every customer, and the "Rush Production" option ensures fairness and expedited service for those who need it.

Rush Production is an additional fee that must be purchased at the time of order.
